Kaitlyn + Conner - Backyard Summer Wedding

The sweetest luxe backyard wedding!

Juuuuust a few highlights: Kait looking like a fairytale princess come to life with beautiful dress and custom choker (made from left over lace from her train), a first look in the woods they used to walk through in highschool, super cute ceremony backdrop, the sweetest first dances under string lights, and…okay, I can go on and on, just check it out for yourself!

January St. Augustine Wedding

You guys know I love a good floral installation, but when Rachel told me they were intentionally leaving the ceremony space bare, I got really excited. Here are some of her words on the subject - “I really hope the ceremony is filled with so much love and joy that it's tangible. I specifically left the ceremony space bare--no flowers, no arches, no aisle runners (with the exception of the family photos) so as to keep the attention on what's important. I planned to have all of those things, and then before signing my flower contract, just felt like I wanted to strip everything down to the minimum and let the words of our minister, our vows, our prayers, our excitement be what filled the room. That, I would say, was my most important priority.”

Paige + Ben - Wedding

Paige + Ben - Wedding

Even after standing in the rain for the majority of their ceremony, all this group had to give was joy. It’s pretty much impossible to be around Paige and Ben and not catch their infectious spirit. They re-enacted the dance down the aisle from Jim and Pam’s wedding on the office with their wedding party of 20 (it was amazing), frolicked more than any wedding group I’ve seen, cried, laughed and boogied the night away. You’ve gotta check this one out.

Deep Water - Frances Reid Twomey

Deep Water is officially out!

I wanted to share some of my favorite images Frances and I created together for this album. I love getting to stretch my creative muscles like this every once in awhile, so I was more than excited when Fran asked me to help with this. She played some rough tracks for me in the car on the way to location and share her heart behind the album. It’s full of beautiful imagery and reminders of restoration and preservation. I’ve had “God in the Pain” on repeat while I get ready for the day since the single dropped.

I’m a horrible singer, but Frances is not. You should definitely check it out on Spotify.
